Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce Diversity Advisor Cheslie Kryst has been named a 2021 North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Diversity & Inclusion honoree for her work in advancing diversity in the legal profession and her community.
Kryst and her fellow honorees will be honored at a virtual awards show on March 25 and in a special North Carolina Lawyers Weekly feature on March 29.
In her role as Diversity Advisor, Kryst will help advance and sharpen the firm’s diversity and inclusion development. Her appointment as the firm’s inaugural Diversity Advisor was one of the many steps the firm is taking in their commitment to prioritizing diversity and inclusion.
Kryst is a Dress for Success Global Impact Ambassador and supports chapters across the country, traveling to local communities to give back. She also serves on the National Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Kryst earned both her law degree and MBA from Wake Forest University and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina.
