Poyner Spruill Welcomes Education Law Practice Group

Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce that partner Drew Erteschik has been recognized in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s Leaders in the Law Class of 2024.

This honor is given annually to lawyers who demonstrate significant accomplishments in their practice, aim to improve the justice system, and act as leaders in both the legal field and the community at large.

Erteschik’s practice is focused on high-stakes litigation. His cases often involve a strong policy component, and he frequently litigates closely watched cases involving matters of public law. He also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to pro bono work and serving on boards and commissions focused on improving the quality of justice in North Carolina. He is currently serving as Co-Chair of the North Carolina Justice Center’s Board of Directors.

Erteschik will be recognized with the other honorees on April 25, 2024 in Raleigh.
