Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce that Nick Christopherson has joined the firm. He is based in Poyner Spruill’s Raleigh office.
Christopherson works with clients on a variety of financial transactions. He represents borrowers and lenders in a wide range of financial matters, including real estate secured loans, asset-based loans, mezzanine financing, equity participations, syndications, securitized loans, and tax credit financing. Christopherson also devotes a portion of his practice to advising on a range of financial compliance issues and general corporate matters.
Christopherson earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. He was active in the student body, serving as the articles editor for the Wake Forest Law Review, an SBA Class Representative, and Wake Forest Law’s ABA Representative.
