- Representation of lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions of all sizes, including acquisition, development and construction financing for office, retail, hotel, industrial, healthcare, multi-family, mixed-use, low income housing tax credit and historic tax credit-based projects
- Representation of lenders and borrowers in a broad range of secured and unsecured commercial and industrial financing arrangements
- Representation of lenders in sophisticated cross-border financing, financing to knowledge-based, venture and private equity backed companies, and subordinated and mezzanine debt financings
- Representation of lenders in complex, multi-tiered intercreditor arrangements involving multiple layers of debt and competing creditor priorities
- Representation of agents and lenders in club deals and syndicated loan facilities, including negotiation of participation and agency agreements
- Representation of purchasers and sellers in loan participations and secondary market transactions
- Representation of lenders in capital call lines of credit and subscription facilities to private equity funds

- Representation of depository and other financial institutions in the drafting and negotiation of letters of credit, deposit account control agreements, lockbox agreements and other core banking products
- Representation of banks and financial institutions in portfolio asset purchases, dispositions, loan sales and servicing arrangements

- Representation of lenders in negotiated purchases of real estate from distressed borrowers in lieu of foreclosure, including deed-in-lieu and consent foreclosure transactions
- Representation of lenders in the restructuring and workout of troubled loans, including forbearance agreements, loan modifications and negotiated resolutions
