Caroline’s practice focuses on representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters, such as tort, negligence, and derivative actions. She also advises employers on a variety of matters, including discrimination claims, wrongful discharge claims, and wage and hour claims.
A Dean’s Excellence Scholar and MLG Immersion Scholar, Caroline graduated among the top 5% of her class at Campbell University Law School. While earning her J.D., Caroline was a member of the university’s Mock Trial Team and a member of the Campbell Law Review, and now uses her experience as an invaluable asset to her clients. Before joining Poyner Spruill, Caroline was an extern for Justice Paul Newby on the North Carolina Supreme Court.
