Biography

Rebecca oversees contracts and agreements regarding mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity finance, and entity and fund formations. In her mergers and acquisitions practice, Rebecca has experience providing counsel to both buyers and sellers across a wide variety of industries. Rebecca has advised clients in both platform and add-on acquisitions and sales. Her commercial finance experience includes asset-based lending, intercreditor arrangements, syndications, and financing to private equity backed companies.
