Stephanie Goodbar represents clients in the financial services, real estate, and manufacturing industries on a wide range of bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters.


Stephanie regularly appears in bankruptcy courts in the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina and focuses her practice on representing national and regional lenders. Stephanie has extensive experience in representing bankruptcy trustees, as well as bankruptcy appeals, workouts, and other creditor-oriented issues. She also specializes in consumer bankruptcy, and is a court appointed Facilitator of the Loan Modification Management Program recently implemented by the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
