Poyner Spruill is pleased to announce the Rotary Club of Raleigh has created a new scholarship in memory of partner Wilson Hayman, establishing the Wilson Hayman Vocational Service Leadership Award.
On May 17, Van Eure, owner and operator of Angus Barn, a family steakhouse, received the first Wilson Hayman VSLA. The award is presented to a club member who has shown distinguished service to the Raleigh community.
At the firm, Hayman advised health care providers and networks on business transactions and compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and other federal and state laws. He also represented nonprofit church organizations in a range of business and litigation matters
