This annual list honors attorneys who have made significant impacts in the commercial and consumer litigation practice area. Ellis was recognized as one of only 14 other litigation attorneys across North Carolina.
Ellis has been trying cases in the state and federal courts of North Carolina since 1987. His clients rely on him in cases involving contract and real estate disputes, use of force claims against law enforcement agencies, negligence claims, and wills and trusts disputes. Generally, Nick’s clients are the targets of lawsuits, but he also represents clients who are compelled to go to court to prosecute their cases.
