Nick Ellis is proud to represent Pitt County and its Board of Commissioners in a lawsuit challenging the Board’s decision to relocate a Confederate monument. An excerpt from the Daily Reflector article reads: “Ellis, who also represented Chatham County amid its Confederate monument case, said the ruling reflects a consistent decision by courts to stand on legal precedent. He said that Pitt County’s Board of Commissioners’ actions to move the monument reflected their vision for the county now and moving forward.”
