Biography

Harrison helps clients handle corporate transactions, restructuring, and contract drafting and negotiation. With a Master of Business Administration from Elon University, he applies a business-driven approach to addressing clients’ corporate needs. During his time at Elon University School of Law, Harrison served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Elon Law Review and on the Moot Court Board.
