Chris represents buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He also regularly furnishes outside general counsel services, regularly advising clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate reorganizations and restructurings, commercial contracts, corporate governance, the formation and maintenance of business entities, and securities offerings.
