Poyner Spruill Welcomes Education Law Practice Group

RALEIGH, N.C. – Poyner Spruill LLP is proud to announce partner Steven A. Rowe has been appointed chair of the USLAW NETWORK Employment and Labor Law Practice Group. Steve was named to the position by the USLAW Board of Directors and will serve a one year term in the post. Steve began his term at the recent USLAW Fall Conference in Colorado Springs.

Steve advises and represents employers in a wide variety of employment matters, including claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge, in state and federal court and before governmental agencies. Steve further advises clients in regard to employment policies and compliance issues. He is a frequent speaker on employment matters.

Steve has spoken at a number of USLAW conferences.
