Biography
Emily assists institutional investors, developers, and nonprofit organizations in acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. She handles a wide range of matters related to commercial real estate projects, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, preparing closing checklists, and conducting title, survey, and zoning reviews.
Emily obtained her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property and as a Business Organizations teaching assistant.
