Mediation & Arbitration

Often litigation is not the best answer. When individuals or companies are in a position to use mediation, arbitration, or some other form of alternative dispute resolution, we are in a position to assist.

A number of our attorneys are certified by the State of North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. Because of our certified mediators’ extensive range and depth of experience, the group mediates cases in North Carolina state courts, federal courts, the NC Office of Administrative Hearings, before NC occupational licensing boards, and in the American Arbitration Association.

We focus on mediating cases involving land condemnation by the NC Department of Transportation, environmental penalties, personal injury and wrongful death, construction defects and fee disputes, health care, employment, trade secrets, and commercial matters.
