We regularly appear on behalf of clients in North Carolina state and federal trial and appellate courts, and have tried cases in all three districts of federal court in North Carolina and in more than half of the 100 counties in the North Carolina state court system. We regularly appear before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. We are experienced in the utilization of all forms of alternative dispute resolution, ranging from arbitration to mediation.
