Biography
Ben’s legal practice is a continuation of his over ten years of experience in the construction industry, including working as a construction superintendent and project manager. Ben brings his unique perspective to his construction law practice, advising and defending contractors and subcontractors.
In addition to being a North Carolina-licensed lawyer, he is also a licensed North Carolina Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
Prior to joining Poyner Spruill and before attending law school, Ben served as a construction project manager at McDonald York Building Company and at Lend Lease (US) Construction.
