A seasoned litigator and advocate, Knicole has argued thousands of healthcare-related administrative cases across more than 40 states and has appeared before numerous state medical and professional licensing boards. She has successfully secured federal injunctions and other relief for providers facing allegations of healthcare fraud, improper billing practices, reimbursement suspensions, and contract terminations, helping clients continue operations while disputes are resolved.
Knicole focuses her practice on helping healthcare organizations navigate Medicare and Medicaid audits, investigations, payment disputes, and compliance challenges.
