Poyner Spruill Welcomes Education Law Practice Group

Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce Andrea Liberatore, Samuel Morris, and Laura Jordan have joined the firm as Associates.

Andrea is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law (cum laude). She is a member of the firm’s Litigation section in the Charlotte office. Her practice encompasses litigation matters for businesses, individuals, and local government.

Samuel is a graduate of Campbell University School of Law (magna cum laude). He is a member of the firm’s Business Section and practices in the firm’s Raleigh office. His legal practice includes zoning and land use advice and counsel, as well as litigation, for both public and private entities.

Laura is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law. She is a member of the Financial Services team in the Raleigh office. Laura represents financial institutions, lenders, and borrowers on a broad range of transactional matters.
