Poyner Spruill Welcomes Education Law Practice Group

Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce that Managing Partner Dan Cahill is now a Certified Mediator through the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.

Cahill devotes a portion of his practice to mediating cases.  He has served two secondments as general counsel for a large international construction materials company and a national mortgage company. His legal practice is centered on complex commercial disputes. Since 1994, Cahill has been representing diverse clients, including large corporations, banks and farm credit institutions, closely-held businesses, local governments, and individuals in all types of commercial disputes in state and federal court, and through alternative dispute resolution. Cahill also serves as the Board Chair for Raleigh Chamber and as the firm’s assistant general counsel and loss prevention partner.

In addition to Cahill, Poyner Spruill partners Randy Adams, Tom Davis, and Kate Dewberry are also Superior Court Certified Mediators.
