Biography
Peter works with clients on a range of issues, including secured and unsecured commercial loans, asset-based lending transactions, and acquisition financing.
While obtaining his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, Peter served on the staff of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, participated in the Moot Court Walker Competition, and co-founded the Artificial Intelligence in Law Society. Before joining Poyner Spruill full-time, Peter served as a summer associate at the firm.
