Biography

Grayson assists lenders with transactions ranging from routine financings to multi-million-dollar deals. She represents community banks, regional lenders, and financial institutions in a wide range of commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate loans, construction loans, bridge loans, and other secured financing matters.

Grayson helps identify and address potential issues before closing, allowing her clients to focus on their business objectives while she handles the details necessary to move transactions forward. She has experience assisting lenders with transactions involving a variety of collateral types and unique considerations, including properties subject to HUD and Section 8 housing requirements, environmentally impacted properties, and complex commercial real estate developments. Her familiarity with multi-state transactions enables her to help clients navigate differing legal requirements across jurisdictions.

Grayson also assists with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Her experience reviewing due diligence materials, coordinating transaction documents, and working alongside multidisciplinary deal teams provides her with a broader understanding of the legal and business issues that arise in complex transactions.

Outside of work, Grayson enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, going to the beach, and trying local restaurants.
