Biography
Sarah represents clients of all sizes in a wide range of civil and business litigation matters across both state and federal courts. A significant portion of her practice is dedicated to defending licensed professionals in litigation and disciplinary proceedings. She also represents financial institutions in defending lender liability claims and financial institutions and businesses in the collection of delinquent accounts, including post-judgment recovery efforts. In addition, Sarah advises and represents local government entities in condemnation and foreclosure actions. Beyond litigation, she presents to professional audiences, delivering insights on risk management, claim prevention, and best practices to help clients avoid legal exposure before disputes arise.
