Like other federal agencies, the OFCCP is increasing its enforcement activity, including the number of audits and onsite investigations of government contractors.

We assist government contractors in developing affirmative action plans. We also guide clients through the audit process and work directly with OFCCP’s investigators to minimize disruption of our clients’ business and exposure to financial risk.
