Biography
Alex represents clients in complex business disputes in federal and state courts, including the North Carolina Business Court. His practice spans a broad range of commercial matters, with experience advising banks, service providers, real estate owners and tenants, manufacturers, and institutions of higher education.
Alex also counsels clients through internal and governmental investigations, including matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In addition, he handles executive employment issues and represents businesses in discrimination and other employment‑related claims.
