Jamie represents commercial construction clients—including developers, architects, owners, sureties, general contractors, and suppliers—in all phases of construction law. He is also a licensed North Carolina Professional Engineer.*

Biography

Jamie focuses his practice on construction law. He assists with a wide range of legal matters, including site inspections, depositions, motion hearings, and discovery processes.

Before earning his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law, Jamie worked for more than 10 years as an engineer for large power, procurement, and construction companies.  He utilizes those experiences to assist clients with OSHA claims, contract revisions, and counsel throughout the construction process.

In addition to being a North Carolina-licensed lawyer, Jamie is also a licensed North Carolina Professional Engineer.
