Biography
Tim represents lenders and investors in a variety of matters, both in new finance arrangements and in workouts and collections of classified or downgraded credits. Tim has experience with respect to these matters as both in-house legal counsel for a multi-billion dollar bank and as a member of this firm representing institutional creditors.
