Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce that Alex Urquhart has joined the firm’s Rocky Mount office.
Urquhart focuses his legal practice on business matters, trusts and estates, and fiduciary disputes. He is an experienced attorney who helps clients create and manage trusts and estates. Urquhart also counsels business owners on a wide range of corporate matters, including succession planning, contract negotiation, and formation of business entities.
Urquhart earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. He serves on the boards of Edgecombe Charitable Foundation, Edgecombe Community College Foundation, and United Way Tar River Region. Urquhart is also a Board Advisor for the Luke Garrison Foundation and a Tarboro Rotary Club member and Lawyers Read volunteer.
