Biography
Joshua advises employers and fiduciaries on the design, administration, and compliance of all types of retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and various other employee benefit arrangements. He also has experience advising multiemployer retirement and health and welfare plans.
Joshua has routinely represented clients in matters before the U.S. Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service, including proceedings related to the correction of plan errors, prohibited transaction issues, and plan audits and investigations. He helps clients ensure statutory and regulatory compliance with numerous laws, including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), and the Affordable Care Act (ACA), among others.
In addition, Joshua advises on executive compensation and equity-related arrangements, including non-qualified deferred compensation plans and employee stock ownership plans.
