Our Charlotte office is located in 301 S College Center, on College Street between Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and 3rd Street.
Visitors should park in the parking deck below the building, which can be accessed by visitors from both Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and 3rd Street. Park on the visitor levels (marked by red pillars) and take the elevator to Level C (also referred to as the Plaza or Lobby level) and proceed to the security desk in the main lobby of the building. You will need to present a photo ID to the guard. You will be given a visitor’s badge that will allow you to access the elevator to the 29th floor.
Upon arrival, please check-in with the receptionist.
